4-9-12; product 1of 5 failed. The ink poured out. I had not experienced a problem before. So, when I attempted to install a replacement cartridge (1st of 5) the relacement's ink poured out when the pad cover on the ink sponge was removed--inagine my shock when the ink ran over my hands, spilled to the floor, and just resulted in a terrible mess. My concern now is, should I trust the safety of opening the remaining 4 cartridges. I like your company--can I trust your products? What remedy can you provide to rectify this negative experience? this product isn't dried out when i get it. You are the best. Occasionally iget ink form other companies including local but theirs are dried ou t or only print aobut 10 b/w pages before dying out. I get from 50 to 100 pages off one ink tank of yours and sometime syou can shake it and geta nother 100 sheets. I only wish I could order my other canon product from you I know it will work too. and its not that you don't have them its becasue I don't ahve a job anymore and cna't order from not having the $25 each for each color I need. thank you for your service. kind of leaky I have purchsed ink cartridges from 123 many times and was always happy with them...cheaper, fast delivery and good cartridges. This time my order may not be that good because we've used two so far and both leaked out ink after pulling the tab off. Hard to get that ink off your hands. next time I have to change a cartridge I will wear latex gloves!! Once in the printer, they seem to be fine. Just a bad batch? July 29, 2011
