First cartridge that leaked This is the first cartridge I ever bought that leaked when I removed the protective strip. I read afterwards that this is not too uncommon for some, but it never happened to me before. This was the first "compatible" cartridge I bought. I was lured by the lower price and now have to deal with magenta spots staining my tan carpet. However, I installed the cartridge in the plotter and it seems to be working fine. But I think I will stick to Canon brands from now on. August 24, 2013
