Saves me money It's a bit messy but manageable, and it saves me quite a lot of money by refilling each cartridge a few times. I can't speak to the quality of the ink because I have no way to evaluate that. But for day-to-day printing at home it works just fine. The instructions could use some improvement. I've used this brand of refill ink several times now with no issues. But this is the first time I've seen the pigment ink. When I last ordered they didn't offer this, so I was glad to see it. I felt accomplished refilling my ink cartridges I admit it is more complicated than I thought, but I managed to do it. After doing the color cartridges, I have just refilled the black cartridge without getting my hands dirty - I didn't wear gloves. Yes it is messy, but it is true comfort knowing that I always have backup ink for my cartridges. It is some savings, but I felt I just enjoyed the fact I can do it. February 11, 2012
Not worth it Refill kits are messy . And even if you figure out a method of putting the ink in the cartridge without it spilling out at some entrance or exit, then there is still the matter of your printer head cleanings. It took 6 head cleanings before the test print came out clean. This wasted about 1/3 of the ink I had just worked in there. Not worth the time, mess and money. August 28, 2011
