easy to use, directions ok, common sense. great color when used for printing pictures, of course this could also be affected by quality of printer. overall great ink price, compared to a brand new replacement, directions could be a little more finite but common sense tells u what to do, also better directions from printer manufacturers would help for trouble shooting, not 123 inkjets problem. definently recommend product for the novice printer user. No substitute for a new cartridge. 1. There is no "existed small hole at the top of the cartridge" alluded to by the instructions, or it was well away from the area identified on the new sticker, so the holes had to be started from scratch, using the gimlet, which doesn't have a sharp point. 2. It is reasonable that not all colors will be depleted so it is not possible to prevent overflows when filling, making a mess. 3. Reinstallation of the cartridges resulted in the printer warning "ink is running low." Printing was satisfactory so this won't effect anything until the cartridges run out of ink with no warning from the printer. February 25, 2013
ok At first my color was off but now it is ok. Just wish I could reset the printer to know how much ink is left . Did everything the printer said to do to reset, but I can with that, getting tired of recycling printer . Cheaper to buy a new printer than the ink . October 29, 2012
