Didn't work for me After I refilled cartridges, the printer would not reset. I kept getting msg that ink tank was empty. I sent it back...still waiting for my refund... March 12, 2013

Doesn't Correspond Well to Cartridges The video is helpful. However, the instructions tell you to do things that you can't, like "wait till ink is fully absorbed by sponge" since in that position you can't see the sponge. The rubber plug doesn't go into the top of the cartridge. The gloves leak. Presumably the ink will wear off after a few days. I ended getting about 5% of the ink spread around outside the cartridge. They don't tell you that the ink level indicator is now broken (after refilling the cartridge) till the end of the instructions. Thus, you will have trouble deciding when to refill the cartridge again. There are no instructions for refilling the cartridge for the 2nd etc. time. Probably because after doing this mess once you will resolve never to do it again. August 30, 2012
Refill Kit for Canon printer The plug on the magenta came out when I loaded it into the printer and the ink started leaking out. It made a terrible mess, and the plug actually got jammed into the printer. It was difficult to get it out. It took me about 45 minutes to just resolve this one issue. The other cartridges I didn't have a problem with, other than the printer kept telling me I was out of ink when I was not. There was a solution that I did not try because I ended up replacing all the ink with other cartridges because I didn't want to take the chance of the others leaking and causing problems. I would not recommend this product to anyone! April 4, 2012
