This product works very well. I've ordered a few of these in the last year and they work just fine. The last one I ordered was defective and would not print any color except green. I called Cust. Service and was treated very well. The tech guy made afew suggestions as to fixing the problem and when they didn't work they sent me a new cartridge and a post-paid envelope to return to defective one. When dealing with reman cartridges, one can expect problems from time to time. The quick and easy support from L/D is why I'll keep purchasing from them. December 16, 2012
