Not working This black ink cartridge worked for about 5 printed pages and then stopped. Also, because the black ink cartridge doesn't work, I can't use the color cartridge, purchased at the same time. Very disappointed. May 19, 2013
Exellent alternative for this Dell 5 series When I saw the features for this procuct the product number did not match to what I needed but, once I called to speak with Customer Service I was satisfied with the representative's reply ....then, when I rec'd my product and installed it in my printer I rec'd excellent results! Ink Spillage in the box. There were 2 black ink cartridges ordered and both of them had ink spilled in the plastic bag that was sent to me in a box. There was only 1 replacement sent to me . I will be sending the cartridge that is damaged back to the company, but I need another replacement for the second box which was also damaged. The colored ink was in good condition.
