Good service; bad product The replacement inkjets were unsatisfactory. Each failed after a few days. The customer service people were very nice and tried to be helpful as they advised me to soak the cartridge to release any clogged ink. This worked briefly but the cartridge failed repeatedly in spite of the soaking. This was the case with a number of the cartridges that I ordered. I will not order these again. The price sounds good but if the product doesn't work, it's not a good deal. On a positive note, the company was cooperative, sent a return label and promptly refunded my money as soon as they received the return. October 3, 2012

This cartrige doesn't work on dell printers. I ordered the black and the color cartridge for my dell a 940 printer, after printing 2 pages the printer displayed a cartridge error, so I order another set but the second set did the same thing. It seams that the original dell cartridges has a sensor, that these refilled cartridges don't have. March 8, 2012
