Have used many times, and been quite pleased. Assume these are equally good, but when I replaced used cartridges with ones from this shipment, my printer quit working. Now I'm left with a box of cartridges I can't use as I have to purchase new printer. March 10, 2012

Couldn't do business with a better company I have always had good luck with this company. I had a problem with some of the ink this time but it's possible it could be my machine. They went beyond the call of duty to help me and and in the end refunded my money. I have another printer so will order for it. from them. Don' t hesitate to order.
