Great company, have ordered product many times. Quality of product is great, company customer service is awesome!!! Do think new of pages printed is somewhat less than OEM cartridges, but for the price it is definitely a great deal. October 1, 2013
The price is much better than an original one.... When you use a lot of ink, this is the only way to go. The savings is huge. I totally recommend it. The shipping on this is always fast. August 26, 2013
Excellent alternative to expensive OEM cartridges I am extremely pleased with the refurbished CE278A cartridges that I bought. Having new electronic smart chip makes these cartridges far superior to other non-OEM cartridges that do not have them. April 30, 2013
Great price, some smudges on paper edges The cartridges came promptly and seem to be just fine, except that there are faint smudges on the edges of the paper. December 20, 2012
Did not work for my printer I ordered this because of the good reviews. THe yellow tape could not removed, instead 4 inches of plastic tape was pulled out . Could not do anything about the 4 inches of tape that was pulled out. Cut the plastic tape with yellow tape. Now I have supply memory warning and lousy prints. December 17, 2012
