Bad batch? I have been a customer of 123ink for over 3 years. I recently purcharsed 3 38A's laser toner cartridges from 123ink, all three cartridges came out defective, a first in my long history of doing business with 123ink, their products have always been very reliable. I will say that their customer team acted very professional and in a very fast manner to help me aliviate the problem. I was issued a full refund. I wonder if they change suppliers or purchased from a different manufacturer. I hope they correct this problem asap. September 22, 2011
