Been buying this cartridge for 7 years first probl The first cartridge we tryed in this shipment did not work the second was OK, don't know about the remaining cartridges yet. How do we get this exchanged? March 1, 2013
Not satisfied This cartridge left streaks on my paper - some with too much ink, some with not enough ink. I had to run about 20 pages through before the quality was good enough that I could print things for work. It is still leaving smudges and areas with not enough ink. January 17, 2013

First-rate! 11/7/12 I received this item at the end of July. I print an average of about 250 pgs. a week. I can hardly believe that I am still using the first cartridge (I ordered 3, hoping they would get me through the end of the year!). The quality is excellent, customer service and shipping speed were great. I am very happy to have found this supplier and will return here to shop for toner for as long as they are in business! Does the job! Our printer cartridge stopped printing without warning, so I needed a replacement quickly. I checked a local office supply store and then 123. The price differential made it worthwhile to wait and as I had had previous experience ordering from them, I knew I'd have my cartridge in just a few days. Well, shipping time was a bit longer than just a few days, but not terribly long. All is up and running smoothly again! I have never had a problem with printer cartridges from 123 and will continue to use them for my purchases. May 25, 2012
