surpasses Kodak products, Great I have my third set of black and color and I am absolutely pleased with both and the service. on the third order, the black would not work. I called and was sent a replacement at no charge, was asked to return the noworking cartidge. Received new cartridge in 3 days, it works perfectly. I inadvertly threw the nonworking cartridge away. Called, offered to pay for it, that was rejected. The agent made an amusing woderful comment about my being almost a 100 years old and they would just excuse me. I am sure that was not the only reason for the forgivness, so you younger customers can expect the same honest and fast service that I received. Thanks for all the help that you have given me over the last 3-4 years. May 23, 2013

This product had an empty cartridge after 30copies I will never purhase any of these cartridges again. I printed out thirty pieces of paper and the cartridges I had just put in the printer stated they were empty! Really... 30 pieces of paper these cartridges are very poor quality. Definitely not worth the money or the time it took to order them. May 9, 2013

The ink is really pale.. The black ink comes out very pale on my printer so pages are very hard to read.. I have to clean the printer head after about each 3 copies to darken up the print where I can actually read it.. Bummer. March 11, 2013

Just as good as the brand name cartridge! I am very happy with this black ink cartridge. It's just as good as the brand name one. I don't know if it will last as long as the brand name one, but so far I am very happy with it. It was a lot cheaper! December 13, 2012
