Purchase your genuine Lexmark 18C0031 (#31) photo color ink cartridge from 123inkjets.com. This photo cartridge is ideal for printing better and more vivacious photo images. It replaces your black cartridge in your printer, and offers additional color range. It is 1/3 black, 1/3 light cyan and 1/3 light magenta increasing your range from the basic 4 (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow) to 6 colors. If you print mostly text, however, we recommend you use your black cartridge instead, since this photo cartridge has only a 1/3 of the amount of black and will have to be replaced entirely if you use up all the black, even if the light cyan and the light magenta sections are still full. The 18C0031 (#31) is a high quality ink cartridge that delivers excellent performance and picture-perfect prints.

If you print mixed text and graphics or WebPages your page coverage is closer to 15% and therefore the number of pages printed with each cartridge will be less. If you are printing photos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photos will be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able to print if you were just printing standard text documents.
