The ink cartage did not work The ink cartage fit the printer but did not work. It told me that the cartage was not compatible. March 7, 2013
This product was 1/8 full of ink when received We received this product less than a week ago. It had 1/8 full ink when it was supposed to be an XL (extra ink) cartridge. It didn't even have the ink required in a regular cartridge. I will not order a remanufactured product from this website again. March 3, 2013
Poor Product... This refurbished cartridge DID NOT work! My printer kept reading it as an "Incompatible cartridge" Therefore I was unable to use it...a total waste of money. Buy original brands and save the frustration. January 2, 2013
Product does not seem to work properly After installing the cartidges the computer showed that the printer is low on black as wellas color ink. This was after I had printed about ten pages. Your technical helper suggested to clean the printer nand wipe the cartidges. The result was nil. I am stuck now: I paid over 50 dollars and have nothing. This is the same for the two cartridges I received November 22, 2012
worthy refilled ink for my printer 123inkjets has great products. have not had any problem. manufactors ink ran dry too soon,but 123 inljets ink gave me full value November 10, 2012
