What kind of ink does the Canon TS3122 use?
The Canon PIXMA TS3122 uses one black pigment-based PG-245 or PG-245XL ink cartridge and one tricolor dye-based CL-246 or CL-246XL ink cartridge. You can get OEM Canon replacements or save more with compatible ink replacements for the PG-245 and CL-246 cartridges. Both cartridge types work on the PIXMA TS3122.How do I change the ink in my Canon TS3122?
1. Power on your printer. 2. Pull down the paper output tray. 3. Open the inner printer cover. The cartridges should be visible after you do this. 4. Wait for the cartridges to stop in the middle before touching. 5. Remove the packaging from the new replacement ink cartridge. 6. Gently push down on the cartrigde until the clicks off. Carefully pull cartridge from its slot. Set aside empty cartridge for recycling. 7. Slide the new cartridge at an angle and then push up until it clicks into place. 8.
