PC402 Black Thermal Fax Roll (2-Pack) This is my first time to order Thermal rolls for a Brother fax machine. I had a problem with the first roll not rolling up properly. Looking at the second roll, I discovered one roll was rolled so that Thermal went under one roller and over the top of other roller. Depending on how you hold it. The first roll I tried, thermal rolled under one roller and straight across and under the other roller. I assume, I can simple reroll the Thermal sheet so to be properly rolled. DEM October 18, 2012
Good BUT The roller is good but the description of how to change is completely absent. The plastic roller caps are somewhat difficult to change out and reverse but overall very good value. January 29, 2012
