Excellant ink and speedy delivery The parcel arrived by priority mail to Florida so fast I had not run out of a couple colors and the large black that were almost out on my Canon MG 5320. So far I cannot tell any difference from Canon OEM and the tanks I installed so far worked perfectly and the machine recognized the new chip and the ink did not leak from the new cartridges during installation. Excellant Customer Serivce I've been ordering ink from 123Inkjets for over ten years and finally ran into an ink cartridge that my Canon printer refused to recognise. When I called Customer Service, they promised to immediately send me a replacement and a return label for the defective cartridge. I have always beem very satisfied with the quality of the inks i have received and now I'm of the same opinion of the Support staff. May 9, 2013
minor problem After a minor problem on my first installation (the chip stayed in the removable clip), it was resolved with an email to 123inkjets. The cartridge was installed and is working fine! April 25, 2013
