Good quality ink at a much better than Dell price. Ordering was quite easy and delivery was very fast. I ordered on Monday and had the order on Wednesday. The black ink works quite well. very decent ink - compatible immediately Very good quality ink. The negative is that the smae exact pack was shipped by their sister ink company - 4inkjets for 7.16 and these guys (123inkjets) charged 8.46 :-) This was falsely advertised as series 22R instead of series 22 .. June 1, 2012
Just received my 4th shipment of this cartridge. When I opened it black was leaking all over. Also could not get color or black to print. I used up the entire cartridge of black cleaning the contacts. Message came up "There is trouble with your printhead". I followed directions to fix it. Did not work. My Dell printer will now go to the garbage heap. May 24, 2012
Beats Dell! While wading through the phone tree at Dell to ask a question about their confusing website, I Googled "Ink for Dell printer", came across 123inkjets, and before I got to speak to a person at Dell, i had ordered 6 ink cartridges for about a third of the Dell price. 2 days later they arrived and so far the 1st one I installed is working fine. May 4, 2012
So far so good Just installed new -refurbished cartridge it prints well, it's far cheaper then oem, time will tell how long it will last. That's the true test of any remanufactured ink cartridge March 25, 2012
