Prompt service but some snafus The ink cartridges arrived very quickly within three days of my order. Two days later, another group of cartridges arrived, apparently a mistaken duplicate order. Customer service acknowledged the error and was very prompt in responding with a return postage paid label and agreed to a refund. The first cartridge that I opened was damaged with ink leaking into the plastic bag containing the cartridge. This will have to be returned but the company apparently stands behind their product and I hope this will be an easy return. So far, just a couple of days into using the replacement cartridge, all appears well. I cannot comment on how long the cartridges will last. April 12, 2012
