Solved a problem I have used 123injets for a very long time (over 5 years). If I ever had a problem they made it good with a new supply of fresh replacement cartridges. Recently I tried using a competitor's product because it was cheaper. It didn't work. The yellows came out pink. So I ordered a set of the same colors from 123 inkjets and they worked perfectly. I would have to admit that the other supplier also replaced all my "defective" cartridges with new ones, but I haven't tried them yet. I will check the replacement colors and if they work this time I will go with the supplier that has the best quality product at the lowest price. Thanks for the opportunity to "vent". May 27, 2011
