Great product! Great price! Works just like a new cartridge but at a fraction of the price! May 10, 2013
I put the color cartridge in the printer and the ink level indicated it was 25% full.It has gone down since then.I will not order any more items . April 4, 2013
One worked, one didn't I bought 2 of these. The first one worked fine but when I put the second one in, the printer couldn't "recognize" the cartridge and wouldn't print at all. I cleaned the contacts, took it out and put it back in a few times, reset the printer, etc. No go. To make sure the problem was with the cartridge and not the printer I went down to the local office supply store and bought an HP cartridge off the shelf and the printer worked perfectly. 50% reliability is not too good. No ink monitoring I am disappointed in these remanufactured ink cartridges because I am not able to monitor ink levels. I'm told this is because they are unable to reverse engineer the chip responsible for communicating the ink levels. HP has not shared this information, obviously. I'm told that when the ink on the pages start to fade, that is a good indication it will be time to replace the cartridges. They are inexpensive, that is a plus. Time will tell whether they work well enough to put up with the lack of ink monitoring. For some that may not be a problem. January 12, 2013
Product would not work. If I could have left an overall rating of no stars, I would have. When I installed the cartridges, neither one would work. I received a message "Refer to printer documentation". The printer refused to install both cartridges. After several attempts the one cartridge did finally install. The other will not. The price was good, but the savings were soon eaten up. I have paid postage to get the cartridges, and then would have to pay again to have one returned. I might have just as well ordered a new cartridge from HP with next day service. January 7, 2013
