Would prefer xl product, as I do a lot of printing I always order from 123Inkjets! Great product, great price, reliable product. Since I supply ink for our small office, we need all the breaks we can get. I prefer xl cartridges, and it was not available for one of my printers, so I have to use the others more often. My HP printer does not like this item Only issue I have is that my HP printer doesn't want to recognize this cartridge. No problem with the black. I'm constantly opening the door and having to take the cartridge out and reinserting it. Not all the time but quite often. November 17, 2012
Too good to not try I have purchased this cartridge many times and have always been pleased with the quality of the ink, and the speed in which I received the orders.. Customer service rocks also..
